An interesting cloud formation submitted by Jackie Calligan, taken in March, 1996 in Tehachepi, California. Chris Wedgwood says this is a Lenticular. These are formed by standing waves in the atmosphere, and are relatively common in mountainous areas.

Time Magazine cover of Art. PARODY ALERT: In 1995, Time Magazine ran a story about how "dangerous" talk radio is. Rush Limbaugh was featured on the cover with the headline "Is Rush Limbaugh Good for America?" It was so absurd that I decided to have some fun with it and create my own Time cover featuring our friend Art. I used the same silly headline, and since Art's always joking about being CIA, I threw that in for extra hype. It's all in fun, and Art got a kick out of it, but it has somehow managed to fool quite a lot of people. Of *course* Art's good for America! Now, if we could only get him on the cover of Time for real... Barry Lancaster.

René Barnett, a segment producer for Strange Universe received a videotape of what appears to be a Bigfoot-type creature walking briskly through the woods in southeast Texas. The show followed up with a visit to the eye witness and returned with him for the first time since the incident to the spot where he had his encounter. Strange Universe has had several Bigfoot experts analyze the footage and give us their opinions. The segment will air on Monday, November 10. Rene' Barnett and cryptozoologist Loren Coleman, along with the Texas Bigfoot eyewitness will come together on Art Bell Coast to Coast, Friday, November 7 1997.
